Joint-mobility is an amazing system that focuses on the nervous system: the ultra-high speed network that controls muscles, heart, AND lungs. Sessions will always start with Joint-mobility. Kettlebells come into their own when training strength and power. There are countless exercises and protocols that train these areas which keeps Kettlebell workouts both dynamic and interesting. Another very important part of Kettlebell training is VO2 max. By incorporating VO2 max into your training, new levels of endurance can be achieved. Using the snatch, VO2 max can be performed using a variety of protocols. Flexibility is necessary for functional fitness. Kettlebells and active stretching will increase your flexibility and agility.
